For your convenience the BERVER company is ready to deliver the equipment in any point of Europe, Russia and CIS countries. We carry out delivery on various conditions according to the international rules Incoterms 2010 (Incoterms 2010), considering opportunities and wishes of the Customer.

As a rule, delivery is carried out on the terms of DAP or Ex Works.

EXW (abbr. from English Ex Works of letters. from a work place; it is mute. — ex works) - the trade term meaning "shipment at own expense". The goods price in this case for the buyer is minimum, but it independently bears all risks and expenses on goods export from a warehouse, to transportation, customs registration. Responsibility of the seller comes to an end by goods transfer to the buyer or the carrier employed by the buyer in the seller (a warehouse, shop and so forth); the seller isn't responsible for goods loading on transport.

DAP (abbr. from English Delivered At Place — "delivery in the destination") – the international trade term which can be applied by deliveries by any kind of transport. Duties of the seller on delivery will be executed when he will transfer to the buyer goods in a point of appointment (object/warehouse). The seller bears all risks connected with delivery of goods on object.

We pay your attention that with adoption of the new rules Incoterms in 2010, DDU, DAF existing before a condition became invalid.

On norms of tax regulation of receipt of payments and charges when importing goods to the territory of Russia the Buyer always has to carry out customs payment.
